You can return the ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt via the returns portal or easily return them in our store. Please note that the returns portal can only be used for returns within Germany. For returns from other EU countries, please arrange the return yourself with sufficient postage. The customer bears the return costs:

Costs within Germany: €5.90

International returns (Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA)

For orders shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the USA, the customer bears the full costs of the return. A pre-paid return label will not be provided. Please arrange the return through a shipping service provider of your choice and sufficiently frank the package. We, as the retailer, will cover all customs duties and import taxes incurred during the return to Germany. The return is at the customer's own risk – we recommend insuring the goods sufficiently. The 14-day return period also applies to international orders.

Reduced items ("sale goods") are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, but can only be returned within 7 days of receipt via our returns portal or in the store. This shortened period applies exclusively to returns as part of our return offer – the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and continues to apply to all items, where legally provided

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns outside our return period.

Always keep the proof of postage until you receive a confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof confirms the return date and the receipt number of your return. 

Please enclose the attached slip with your order number with your return so that we can assign and process your order more quickly upon receipt. After approval of the return, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to you within 14 days. You will receive the amount via the same payment method you chose for your purchase.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for inspection purposes – for example, for trying on as is customary in a retail store – and that they must be returned with the original label and the order slip enclosed in the package. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for value.

Worn or damaged goods are excluded from return.
