Shipping & delivery times

All orders can be placed via in-store pick-up and conveniently collected at our store. For in-store pick-up orders, the return period begins upon receipt of the order.

Orders within Germany are shipped with DHL Standard. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, shipping costs of €5.90 will be charged. Express shipping within Germany is available for €23.00.

For orders within the EU, shipping costs of €14.00 will be charged. Express shipping within the EU is available for €60.00.

All orders (excluding in-store pickup) are shipped with DHL. You can generally expect the following delivery times:

• within Germany: 2 – 4 business days
• within the EU: 3 – 4 business days

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. Subject to availability, goods are ready for dispatch at the latest one business day after receipt of payment.
