You can return the ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt via the returns portal or conveniently return them to our store. Please note that the returns portal can only be used for returns within Germany. For returns from other EU countries, please arrange for the return shipment yourself and ensure that you ensure sufficient postage is paid. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs:

Reduced-price items ("sale goods") are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, but can only be returned within 7 days of receipt via our returns portal or in-store. This shortened period applies exclusively to returns within the scope of our return offer – the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and continues to apply to all items, where provided for by law.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns outside of our return period.
Please be sure to keep your receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof documents the return date and the receipt number of your return.
Please include the enclosed slip with your order number with your return so we can identify and process your order more quickly upon receipt. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirming that the refund will be credited to your account within 14 days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for inspection purposes – for example, as is customary in a store for fitting – and that they must be returned with the original label and the order form enclosed in the package. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
Worn or damaged goods are not eligible for return.
