Shipping & delivery times

All orders can be conveniently picked up in our store via in-store pickup. For in-store pickup orders, the return period begins upon receipt of the order.

Orders within Germany are shipped via DHL Standard. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, a shipping fee of €5.90 will be charged.

For orders within the EU, shipping costs are €14.00. These costs may vary depending on the order value and destination.

All orders (except in-store pickup) are shipped via DHL. You can typically expect the following delivery times:

• within Germany: 2 – 4 working days
• within the EU: 3 – 4 working days

We process and ship orders during our regular business hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET. Subject to availability, the goods will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment.
