Shipping & delivery times

All orders can be placed via in-store pick-up and conveniently collected from our store. For in-store pick-up orders, the return period begins upon receipt of the order.

Orders within Germany are shipped via DHL Standard. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, shipping costs of €5.90 will be charged.

For orders within the EU, shipping costs are €14.00. These costs may vary depending on the order value and destination.

All orders (excluding in-store pickup) are shipped via DHL. You can generally expect the following delivery times:

• Within Germany: 2-4 working days
• Within the EU: 3-4 working days

We process and ship orders during our regular business hours, which are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. If the item is in stock, it will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after payment is received.
