The jacket features a regular fit and is crafted from a double-sided cashmere wool fabric, woven in West Yorkshire. The material is a tribute to the regimental blanket issued by Private White in 1916. Its unlined construction with carefully bound seams ensures a lightweight, comfortable finish.
The detachable shearling collar provides a striking accent and is complemented by fine Van Dyke stitching and decorative multi-row stitching. Two slanted, patch flap pockets and two internal zippered pockets offer practical storage. The turn-back cuffs and a button-adjustable half-belt at the back accentuate the classic silhouette. An inverted box pleat in the center back and a back vent with a buttoned tab allow for freedom of movement.
The jacket is finished with genuine horn buttons, manufactured in Great Britain, as well as copper-etched rivets at the neck and hanger loop. This model is made in Private White's own factory in Manchester, England.
